Hi Everyone,
I hope you all had a great week! Here in the Midwest
we had a lovely snowstorm at the beginning of the week
that dumped nearly a foot of snow!!! Then in mid-week
it snowed another 3 inches and today it's -45 below
wind shield. OH HOW I LOVE WINTER!! LOL (:
We have a few new things to talk about and a few old
things that bear repeating.
Old stuff first. We STILL need a name. Please if
anyone has any suggestions as to what we should call
ourselves e-mail me at molz40@yahoo.com or

suggestions. We
will vote on a name on Alison's site!
Speaking of her site, it's up and running! Check it

We have
found someone to cover transcripts (thanks Kimberly and Suzy!!)
but Alison would love for anyone to contribute to
song dedications. Have you heard a great song on the
radio that you think fits NIA to a tea?! E-mail it to
Alison!!! Or do you have the PERFECT storyline that
you know GH would never go for? She'd love for any
fan fiction to be contributed as well.
Onto the new stuff! Our first NIA support idea was
thought up by Alison. Her idea is located in the
emergency room of her website and it's really quite
simple. All you have to do is e-mail TPTB a Christmas
postcard or card with the phrase "All I Want For
Christmas is More Airtime for Nik and Gia". Let's
flood GH with these cards!!! For address info check
out Alison's site or e-mail me.
Alison also started an e-group for NIA. If you are
interested in joining, e-mail Alison and she'll send
you an invitation.
I was thinking of setting up a NIA Promotion Day.
What we could do is everyone would send a note to
someone different promoting NIA. For example, I would
send a letter to SOW about how much I love NIA.
Alison might write a letter to SID and someone else
might call the GH comment line and leave a message
about how much they love NIA and maybe someone just
wants to promote NIA on soapzone! But the key would
be to do it all on the same day! It might not sound
partial for everyone to do someone different, BUT I
think the whole idea right now is to get NIA promoted.
TPTB, Marisa, Coltin the mags all need to know they
have fans! If you are interested in calling or
promoting to a particular magazine, e-mail me for
further details. I'll let you know about *the day* in
the e-mail as well as addresses.
